The tap fees listed are base prices ONLY. Actual pricing is determined after conducting a survey to determine service availability and the requirement for added fees (in addition to base fee). Examples of additional fee requirements are cutting and repairing of roads, boring of roads, subcontractor labor, etc.

Developer rates:
To qualify for developer rates, the developer of a given tract for new housing must install the water and sewer lines in the entire development at her/his expense.
An individual or a builder that purchases a vacant lot(s) in the development is not entitled to the developer rates.

Contractor fees:
are based on the purchase of 5 or more taps. If the contractor wishes to purchase less than 5 taps, the fee will be the same as the customer rate for each tap.

Filling Swimming Pools:
Water & Sewer Adjustments

A customer with water and sewer services can receive a sewer adjustment when filling a swimming pool if:
 
  • The swimming pool holds greater than 7,000 gallons of water
  • The customer notifies Customer Service in advance of filling the pool and provides pool dimensions
  • The total sewer charges for the month in which the pool was filled are at least $100 

After the bill is generated, $75.00 will be credited towards the sewer charges. Only one swimming pool adjustment will be made in a 12 month period.
