What is TVA Env/FCA Charge?
This charge is the combination of the following:
The TVA Fuel Cost Adjustment is driven by power demands and fluctuates slightly each month. The higher the demand, the higher the cost of fuel for providing that demand.
- TVA Environmental Charge (providing flood control, navigation and land management, economic development)
- TVA Fuel Cost Adjustment (based on cost of fuel used to run TVA power plants)
