Security Lights

Winchester Utility System offers a choice of dusk-to-dawn security lights for monthly rental by property owners. Winchester Utility System retains ownership of all lights and poles.

A minimum one-year agreement is required before installing a light. The monthly charge for the lights includes energy usage, maintenance, bulbs, etc. and may vary slightly by a few cents month to month due to TVA’s Fuel Cost Adjustment.
